- The right to know third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,

- The right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
- The right to request notification of the transactions carried out under (e) and (f) clauses to third parties to whom personal data is transferred;
- The right to object to a decision against the individual that arises solely from the analysis of processed data through automated systems;
- The right to request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, you can submit your request to exercise the rights specified above, along with the necessary information to identify your identity and explanations regarding your request for the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, to office@creaware.net via e-mail, or in writing to the address below, or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Please include your identification information and details about the right you wish to exercise in your request.
